Our office takes full charge, in Monaco and abroad, of all of the following in collaboration with a local architect:
• The pre-project study, namely several layout proposals as well as the choice of associated materials.
• Completion of all technical plans in accordance with local regulations.
• Taking charge of all administrative procedures and obtaining building permits.
• Call for tender and negotiating the respective contracts.
• Worksite management and monitoring, accounting and acceptance of works.
